Psychological well-being consists of multiple aspects - emotional, social, financial, physical, spiritual, etc.

For example, if you face a problem, let's say a tough school assignment and you tackle it with confidence, learn from it. You feel a sense of accomplishment afterwards, that's a sign of good psychological well-being.

On the other hand, if the stress of the assignment overwhelms you, affecting your mood and relationships, your psychological well-being might need some attention.
